食品安全标准对中国农产品出口的影响——以苹果出口为例

摘要：

食品安全标准是仪器安全规制的一种主要方式。在关税壁垒逐渐被打破的国际贸易环境下,食品安全标准成为了可能抑制农产品出口的又一重要因素。通过引力模型就食品安全标准对中国苹果出口的影响进行的实证研究表明,进口国较高的食品安全标准对中国苹果的出口确实具有一定的抑制作用,这种抑制作用对于不同经济发达程度的出口国而言都同样存在。加强食品安全规制,完善农产品质量安全保障体系,提高农产品质量和安全水平,追赶国际安全标准的先进水平,是发展中国家扩大农产品出口的有效途径。
