摘要
本文讨论了植物体细胞无性系变异发生的遗传机理。许多研究表明,离体培养过程中植物细胞的核型改变、染色体结构重排和基因突变均是体细胞无性系变异发生的重要遗传来源,转移因子在体细胞无性系变异发生中具有重要作用。沉默基因的开启和基因的放大作用等也与体细胞无性系变异的发生有关,但尚需进一步研究。了解植物体细胞无性系的发生机理将有助于其在植物改良中的应用。
