<正>糖尿病（DM）是全球最常见的慢性疾病之一,它对人群健康的危害程度已居慢性非传染性疾病的第3位。最新数据显示,在中国成年人中,DM患病率为11.6%,DM前期患病率为50.1%,以此推算目前中国约有1.139亿成年人患有DM,处于DM前期的有4.934亿人〔1〕。DM是一种能够破坏全身任何器官的系统性疾病,可以引起心脑血管疾病、视网膜病变、肾病、糖尿病足（DF）、周围神经病变等并发症。研究〔2,3〕报道,DM
