类风湿性关节炎病人自理行为调查及其影响因素

摘要：

目的 :了解类风湿性关节炎 (RA)病人自理行为及影响因素。方法 :采用SBCEQ -RA ,对 48例RA病人进行问卷调查。结果 :RA病人实施自理行为的水平在中等程度以上 ,不同文化程度、病情程度对自理行为有影响 ,而年龄、性别和家庭人均月收入和患病时间对自理行为影响不大。结论 :护士应帮助RA病人提高自理行为水平 ,提高他们的健康状况和生活质量。
