从技术应用、产业组织、规划配置、人本主义视角诠释国际智慧城市,评析美国、欧盟、亚洲日韩等国智慧城市的发展实践,厘清国际智慧城市的发展阶段、应用领域和基本路径,指出标准化和安全性当成为国际智慧城市研究的前沿。
