抑郁症与精神分裂症患者早年与父母分离经历的比较

摘要
目的:调查和比较抑郁症与精神分裂症患者早年与父母分离经历,初步探讨早年与父母分离经历与抑郁症之间的关系。方法:采用随机抽样方法,选取符合国际疾病和相关健康问题统计分类第10版抑郁症和精神分裂症诊断标准的患者各80例,选取80名年龄、性别、受教育年限匹配的正常人为对照组。采用自编早年分离经历调查问卷对3组进行调查。结果:抑郁症组有早年与父母分离经历的比率(χ2分别=5.01,11.02)、在分离期间与父母相距省外的比率(χ2分别=8.17,15.07)及对分离经历的负面评价(χ2分别=12.57,9.99)均高于精神分裂症组和对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);抑郁症组早年与父母分离后的养育人与精神分裂症组和对照组差异有统计学意义(χ2分别=11.91,10.90;P均<0.05)。结论:早年与父母分离的经历可能是成年后患抑郁症的社会心理因素之一。
