抗胸腺细胞血清应用于异种移植的实验研究

摘要
本文报道用抗胸腺细胞血清作为免疫抑制剂,将HeLa细胞成功地移植于大白鼠、小白鼠、地鼠。大白鼠还发生广泛转移,并观察到移植瘤的生长和抗胸腺细胞血清的剂量、HeLa细胞的浓度及鼠龄等因素有关。
