摘要：

刺络拔罐疗法是通过三棱针等工具,刺破或划破体表一定部位,并通过罐的吸拔作用放出适量血液或体液,以达到防治疾病目的的方法。该文通过相关文献从作用机制和临床应用对刺络拔罐法进行较深入研究,并提出神经-内分泌-免疫网络可能是刺络拔罐起效的关键机制;临床应用上,刺络拔罐在传染性疾病、肌肉骨骼系统疾病、皮肤病、神经系统疾病、妇科疾病、呼吸系统疾病及中风后遗症等疾病的治疗中均有很好的疗效,在临床上值得大力推广。
