韧性城市恢复力评价模型构建

摘要
近年来,韧性城市逐步取代传统意义上的可持续性发展城市,成为城市规划、地理学和应急管理研究学术界新的热门领域。当前学界还没有形成针对中国城市的独特性构建系统、全面、可操作的韧性城市研究框架。针对韧性城市的恢复力评价模型进行了研究,界定了韧性城市恢复力的内涵,分析了韧性城市在遭遇外部扰动过程中不同阶段的演化机制,并提出了韧性城市恢复力演化过程中关键节点的社会意义。为韧性城市规划和管理所强调的城市长期适应能力和智慧性提供量化评价指标参考。
