摘要：

近年广东污染物排放随出口的增长而上升,即目前广东工业制成品出口贸易的综合环境效应以负面为主,尽管贸易的技术效应和结构效应均有利于环境改善,但在较大的规模效应负面影响下难以发挥主导作用。这启示我们目前数量扩张型的外贸发展模式是加剧环境恶化、资源紧缺的根源,贯彻科学发展观、转变贸易增长方式是对外贸易可持续发展的必由之路。
