脑卒中康复治疗的新进展

摘要：

流行病学调查显示,脑卒中是中国人主要的致死病因之一,同时也是最主要的致残病因。为了让存活的患者更好地回归社会和家庭,对于脑卒中患者的康复治疗就变得越来越重要。近年来,一些新技术也被应用于脑卒中康复领域,使得卒中患者的预后情况得到了极大的改善。本文就一些新技术的研究进展进行了综述,其中包括智能康复技术领域的机器人辅助下步态训练、虚拟现实技术,基于各种理论的新方法如减重平板步行训练、镜像疗法、运动想象疗法和强制性使用疗法,以及各种环境刺激的新方法如音乐治疗和丰富环境治疗,以及肌电生物反馈疗法、经颅磁刺激、经颅直流电刺激等生物电磁刺激技术。
