脑卒中偏瘫患者坐位站起活动计时与下肢肌力间的相关性分析

摘要
目的观察脑卒中偏瘫患者及健康志愿者下肢主要肌肉肌力情况,并探讨坐位站起时间与下肢肌力间的相关性。方法共选取29例脑卒中偏瘫患者并将其纳入脑卒中组,同时选取21例健康志愿者纳入正常对照组。要求2组对象进行坐位站起活动并计时,另外采用测力计测定2组对象双侧股四头肌、腘绳肌、胫前肌及腓肠肌最大自主收缩肌力。结果脑卒中偏瘫患者除健侧股四头肌肌力与正常对照组间差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),健侧其他肌肉肌力均显著弱于正常对照组(P<0.01),但均显著强于偏瘫侧相应肌力(P<0.01);脑卒中组坐位站起时间较正常对照组显著延长(P<0.01)。相关性分析显示坐位站起时间与脑卒中患者健侧股四头肌肌力呈中度负相关(r=-0.40,P<0.05),与偏瘫侧股四头肌肌力具有低度负相关趋势(r=-0.326,P=0.097);坐位站起时间与下肢其它肌肉肌力无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者坐位站起时间与股四头肌肌力具有一定相关性。
