摘要
背景:骨形成和骨吸收的平衡对维持骨量有重要作用,而内环境的稳定与平衡受多种因素影响,ghrelin作为调控生长激素分泌的主要激素之一,在骨重塑和机体能量代谢的调节中发挥重要作用。目的:综合分析ghrelin对生长激素释放的作用及其对及成骨细胞增殖、骨生长的影响。方法:检索Pub Med和万方数据库检索1999至2016年有关ghrelin作用机制、ghrelin对成骨细胞增殖和骨代谢、骨重塑影响的相关中英文文献,排除重复文献。结果与结论:(1)Ghrelin参与了调节垂体生长激素的释放、调节能量代谢、调节炎症反应及参与骨形成等多种生物学功能;(2)Ghrelin对成骨细胞的分化增殖有促进作用,并可由软骨细胞分泌,参与骨代谢与生长;(3)Ghrelin可作为骨骼生长的一个重要靶点,但其作用机制复杂,还有待于进一步进行更深入的研究。
