央行货币互换:对国际货币体系的影响

摘要：

论文梳理了中央银行货币互换的发展历史,研究了以美国联邦储备体系为首的西方六大中央银行将货币互换长期化并不设限额对于国际货币体系产生的"双重"影响,认为这一互换的长期化一方面对于国际金融市场的稳定具有积极作用,但是同时也维护了美元为核心地位的现存国际货币体系,对于国际货币体系改革具有负面影响。论文同时探讨了中国人民银行与其他国家中央货币互换对于国际货币体系的影响,认为是国际货币多元化发展的趋势使然,对于促进国际货币体系改革具有积极作用。
