中药鸦胆子油微囊动脉栓塞的实验研究与临床应用

摘要：

采用明胶与阿拉伯胶制成鸦胆子油微囊,微囊的平均粒径为69±38μm。采用此微囊对38只兔子进行了经导管肾动脉栓塞术,分别于术后1天(7只)、3天(11只)、1周(12只)及4周(8只)处死。于栓塞后即时及1周和4周后进行了动脉造影复查。病理检查结果表明鸦胆子油微囊显示出良好的动脉栓塞化疗作用。另外对4例肾癌病人也进行了微囊肾动脉栓塞,取得良好效果。
