延续性护理对乳腺癌术后患者癌性疲乏及生存质量的影响

摘要：

目的:探讨延续性护理对乳腺癌术后患者癌性疲乏及生存质量的影响。方法:选取广州市某三甲医院的120例乳腺癌术后化疗患者,分为干预组和对照组,各60例。术后首次出院时对照组按常规出院指导行健康教育,干预组患者在此基础上给予延续性护理。采用Piper疲乏量表、生存质量问卷进行评估。结果:干预组患者的癌性疲乏程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),功能状况得到改善(P<0.01),恶心呕吐、气促症状有所减轻(P<0.05)。结论:针对乳腺癌患者癌性疲乏实施延续性护理能够有效减轻患者的疲乏症状,提高患者的生存质量。
