战后欧洲货币制度的转型——兼议欧债危机产生的根源

摘要：

在一体化的背景下,战后欧洲的货币合作日益受到蒙代尔"三元悖论"的挑战,最终走上货币联合的道路。欧洲货币联盟的建设,是"制度一体化"与"功能一体化"相互对立、妥协而又互相促进的历史进程,最终以制度主义者的胜利而告终。欧元区在远未达到"最优货币区"要求的背景下被建立起来,也为欧债危机的爆发埋下了伏笔。
