任务导向性训练联合肉毒素对脑卒中后上肢痉挛患者功能恢复的影响

摘要：

目的观察任务导向性训练联合肉毒素对脑卒中患者痉挛上肢运动功能恢复的影响。方法选择42例脑卒中偏瘫上肢痉挛患者,采用完全随机设计法分成两组,每组21例,观察组使用局部注射肉毒素后进行任务导向性训练,对照组使用Bobath技术、肌肉牵伸技术,治疗前、4周后分别使用Oswestry等级量表评定患者上肢痉挛情况,Fugl-Mayer上肢功能量表评定上肢运动功能,改良Barthel指数评定日常生活能力(ADL)。结果治疗4周后,组内比较,两组治疗后Oswestry、Fugl-Mayer和Barthel评定结果均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组全面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论任务导向性训练联合肉毒素能更好的促进脑卒中患者痉挛上肢功能恢复。
