摘要：

合成生物学可以看作是遗传工程或基因工程的延伸,由于它打破了生命与非生命的天然界限,因此会对传统"生命"的含义、本质、价值和意义等形成冲击。作为一项新兴技术,学界对合成生物伦理学的两类伦理问题引发了争论,对合成生物技术产生的潜在风险管治也秉持着不同的观点。
