摘要：

Psychological counseling and therapy is a new venture in mainland China,Taiwan and Hong Kong and has drawn attention from participants,administrative authorities and social groups to its professionalism. Following the road of professionalism is required by the times. The author discusses concepts, functions, localization, institutionalization, porfessional training about psychological counseling and therapy.
