<正>在20世纪中期,肺康复(pulmonary rehabilitation,PR)就已被作为慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者的重要治疗手段之一,以促进患者呼吸功能及生活质量改善。近年来有大量临床随机对照研究证实,肺康复对COPD患者确有显著疗效,肺康复已成为COPD治疗方案中的重要组成部分,并在治疗指南中予以推广、应用。本文就近年来
