肾癌生物治疗的临床进展

摘要：

生物治疗是治疗晚期肾癌的有效方法。目前肾癌的临床一线生物治疗主要应用细胞因子白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和干扰素-α(IFN-α),但缓解率较低,毒副反应发生率高。在处于临床前期试验阶段的生物治疗中,靶向治疗显示了良好的应用前景,其中一些药物有望在不久的将来用于临床一线的治疗;异基因造血干细胞移植(ASCT)和肿瘤疫苗已显示了一定的疗效,但需要临床Ⅲ期试验的验证;过继细胞免疫治疗和基因治疗则需要进行更多的研究,探索其疗效和安全性。
