摘要
根据有形产品的参与程度和服务提供者同顾客的互动程度,可以将服务分为不同的类型。而服务企业国际市场进入模式因服务类型的不同而各异,而且企业的资源承诺、风险、管理参与、市场存在以及控制程度会随着从出口模式到合同模式再到投资模式的变化而越来越高,企业的国际市场进入速度也会随之变得越来越慢。在现实情况尤其是信息技术的影响下,企业经常会采用多合一的模式进入目标国市场。
