摘要：

介绍了国内外卒中医疗服务质量改进领域的发展趋势和现状,指出了我国与发达国家存在的差距。提出了我国应着手建立中国卒中中心服务标准认证体系,中国卒中服务标准制定和研究工作应从中国卒中中心的基本硬件和人员配备标准,中国卒中医疗服务基本标准和中国卒中医疗服务的监测、评价及质量改进标准三个方面做起。
