摘要：

本文从区域创新网络与异质企业集群成长互动视阈研究区域创新。区域创新的关键是突破性创新的实现及其推动的异质企业创新成长。突破性创新的实现离不开开放型区域创新网络支持的异质企业集群推动的差异化市场发现与技术创新试错。以128公路地区为例,区域创新资源是否对中小企业开放、发现和支持异质企业创新成长决定了区域兴衰。
