摘要
肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand,TRAIL)在缺血等病理状态下被诱导,并介导脑缺血后的神经元凋亡。了解TRAIL在缺血脑组织中的上调机制,有望开发出新的卒中治疗方法。
