摘要
研究了影响玉米基因枪转化受体系统效率的若干因素 ,建立了玉米优良自交系的稳定、高效胚性愈伤受体系统 ,获得了正常结实的转基因植株 .在培养基、激素成分配比适当 ,较低温继代 ,有利于愈伤胚性化 .讨论了筛选压的确定方法和原则 ,发现梯度施加筛选有助于提高再生转化频率 .对转基因植株进行了PCR分子检测 ,证明目的基因已整合进玉米基因组中 .
