外向FDI、产业链延伸与我国产业结构升级

摘要：

在全球生产网络下,产业结构升级主要体现为从低附加值的加工制造环节向高附加值的研发和营销环节转移,从低层级供应商向高层级供应商或领导厂商转变。目前,我国在全球生产网络中处于价值链低端,而且"世界工厂"地位也面临着严峻挑战。我国应通过在发展中国家扩张边际产业和在发达国家进行专用性投资,进一步推动生产链的外向延伸,构建以中国为核心的多国钻石模型,提升我国产业体系的国际竞争力和价值创造能力。
