大鼠大脑中动脉局灶脑缺血环氧酶2蛋白的表达及其意义

摘要
目的 :探讨急性缺血性脑血管病发生、发展过程中环氧酶 2 (COX 2 )作用及机制。方法 :采用栓线法制备大鼠大脑中动脉短暂及持续缺血不同时点模型。利用免疫组化染色方法观察缺血COX 2蛋白表达情况。结果 :光镜下缺血 30min再灌注 2 4h组仅在额顶叶皮层可见COX 2免疫阳性细胞。缺血 90min再灌注 3~ 4 8h在扣带皮层、内侧纹状体、海马可见COX 2免疫阳性细胞 ,12~ 2 4h表达强烈 ,4 8h下降。持续缺血 2 4h组在内侧纹状体、扣带皮层可见COX 2免疫阳性细胞 ,海马表达更强。结论 :局灶性脑缺血后COX 2蛋白可在受其影响的梗死周边区表达 ,依缺血时间不同 ,表达部位及含量不同。COX 2蛋白表达可能与缺血后迟发性神经细胞死亡有关
