摘要
越来越多的资料显示帕金森病已经成为严重危害中老年人健康的神经系统疾病之一,正引起世界各国神经科学工作者的高度重视.近年来,临床和基础研究方面取得了一些令人鼓舞的成就.诸如涉及本病遗传基因的定位、早期诊断技术、神经保护治疗、细胞和基因治疗等均有较大的发展,为人类认识和防治此类疾病展现了良好的前景.
