大黄不同炮制品对热结便秘模型大鼠结肠c-kit mRNA表达的影响

摘要：

目的:研究大黄不同炮制品对热结便秘模型大鼠结肠c-kit mRNA表达的影响。方法:热性中药结合肠蠕动抑制剂洛哌丁胺并限制饮水建立热结便秘大鼠模型,应用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测生大黄、酒大黄、熟大黄对该模型大鼠结肠c-kit mRNA表达的影响。结果:热结便秘模型大鼠结肠c-kit mRNA表达较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),而大黄各炮制品组表达明显高于模型组(P<0.01),其中生大黄和酒大黄组表达高于熟大黄组。结论:大黄各炮制品能对抗造模引起的大鼠结肠c-kit mRNA表达的降低,生大黄和酒大黄作用比熟大黄明显,但两者之间差异不显著。这可能是大黄治疗热结便秘及各炮制品作用强度不同的机制之一。
