摘要
供应链管理的目标通常是实现供应链的高效益和高效率,以保持竞争优势。由于企业片面地追求效益和效率,供应链变得越来越脆弱;市场环境不稳定等原因共同造成供应链面临的风险日趋增大。本文在分析供应链风险分类的基础上,提出了构建弹性供应链以降低供应链风险的框架图。
