<正>帕金森病（Parkinsons disease,PD）是排在阿尔兹海默病之后的第二大神经系统变性病,是中老年人常见的运动障碍疾病,多在50岁以后发病。在发达国家PD的发生率为0.3%,并且随着年龄的增长发病率也随之增加。在60岁人群中,PD的发病率为1%2%,年龄>80岁的人群中发病率可达到3%4%。目前我国的PD患者人数已>200
