摘要：

社区获得性肺炎是威胁公众健康的主要疾病之一,它的治疗并未随着抗生素药物的研究而有所好转,目前面临许多新的问题,本文就社区获得性肺炎流行病学和抗生素治疗最佳时机的最新进展作一综述。
