运动及感觉神经传导速度测定在糖尿病性神经病早期诊断中的价值

摘要：

1978年研究30例糖尿病患者的尺及腓总神经的运动传导速与正中及胫后神经的感觉传导速,并与30例同年龄组的正常人作了比较。1978年底到1981年底又在180例糖尿病患者中,用同样方法进行了正中及胫后神经感觉传导速测定。总共210例。研究发现病人组中,全部所测神经的运动及感传导速和运动末端潜伏期有非常显著的减慢和延长。这是符合脱髓鞘型周围神经病的电生理改变。感觉神经传导速测定比运动神经传导速的灵敏。下肢神经的传导速测定又比上肢的灵敏。用此测定方法,将原来临床确诊率34.3%提高到64.3%。由此说明,神经传导速的测定对早期诊断糖尿病性神经病是有价值的。
