<正>原发性胆汁性肝硬化(Primary biliary cirrhosis,PBC)是以肝内中小胆管的非化脓性炎性损伤为特征的进行性自身免疫性肝病。多见于中年女性,主要表现为黄疸、肝脏肿大、瘙痒,其主要生化特征为血清ALP和GGT、IgM升高及抗线粒体抗体(anti-mitochondrial antibody,AMA)阳性。目前其发病机制
