国内中小企业上市公司资本结构及其影响因素分析

摘要：

本文以2006年至2010年584家中小制造业上市公司的截面数据为样本,通过描述性统计分析和实证分析,比较其狭义和广义资本结构,探讨中小企业上市公司的资本结构特征和影响因素。实证结果表明,我国中小企业板中的制造业上市公司资本结构相对主板市场中的同类上市公司有自身的特征,表面上广义资本结构的合理性掩盖了资本结构实质上的不合理性;成长性和非债务税盾与狭义资本结构显著不相关,在此基础上提出相关的政策建议,避免可能会对上市公司资本结构决策造成误导作用。
