社会保障转移支付与农村居民消费的门槛效应

摘要：

本文就农村社会保障支出与农村居民消费之间的关系,构建面板门限模型进行实证分析,发现农村社保支出与农村居民消费并不是呈现简单的线性相关关系。因为,在农村社保强度较低的时候,农村社保支出并不会增加农村居民消费,从而使得社会保障支出进入"吉芬陷进";只有当农村社保支出持续增加并超过某一临界值时,农村社保支出对于消费的贡献程度才会发生跃迁,呈现正向相关关系。因此,政府对于农村社保的消费效应持有较为长远的眼光,持续投入、逐步完善,才能激发农村居民的消费。
