摘要
<正>基因免疫是近年来快速发展的一种新型免疫方法。它的基本步骤是把一段基因质,即可能转译成蛋白抗原的DNA或RNA序列直接注入体内,让体内的细胞来表达抗原,从而致敏机体的免疫系统。这是一个非常简单的方法,但它的名称仍存在一些混乱,国际卫生组织已经正式命名这种方法为核酸免疫法(nucleic acid vaccination)。由于大多数研究迄今是用DNA质粒进行,DNA疫苗(vaccine)是最常见诸于学术文献的名称,同时也有一部分学者坚持应该称做遗传免疫(genetic immunization),但如此有可能会造成社会大众误认为这是一种可遗传携带的免疫效果。结合中文的特点,本文试将其译为基因免疫,希望能抛砖引玉,最终有一个大家都接受的科学命名。
