摘要：

吻合神经的兔耳游离皮瓣术后12周,再生神经纤维密集而均匀,毛囊已获得良好的神经支配。再生神经主要来源于吻合的感觉神经,从中央向周围生长扩散。不吻合神经的皮瓣,再生神经纤维稀疏,分布不均,大部分毛囊无神经支配,神经再生来源于受皮区的基底及周边。
