<正>血管性血友病因子（VWF）是von willebrand病（VWD）与经典血友病有鉴别意义的辅助凝血因子。其基因结构、因子构型、生物合成、储存和分泌及其在止血中的作用已基本明确。笔者就VWF在血栓性疾病尤其在冠心病（CHD）中的作用及相关研究作一综述。1VWF与VWF基因1.1VWF基因位于12染色体短壁尖端12p12-12pter区,基因组全长 178 kb,含 52个外显子。28号外显子与
