交互记忆系统对知识团队绩效作用机制研究——以知识整合为中介变量

摘要
在参考和借鉴国内外交互记忆系统、知识整合及知识团队绩效研究理论的基础上,构建了交互记忆系统、知识整合与知识团队绩效关系的理论框架,并采用层次回归分析法实证分析了交互记忆系统、知识整合与知识团队绩效的关系。研究结果表明:交互记忆系统的专长维、可信维和协调维对知识整合与知识团队绩效均有积极影响,知识整合对知识团队绩效有积极影响,并且知识整合在交互记忆系统和知识团队绩效之间起部分中介作用。
