<正>组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(tissue plasminogen activator,t-PA)静脉溶栓是美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)认证的缺血性卒中急性期唯一有效的治疗手段。但t-PA静脉溶栓时间窗较短(≤4.5h),对颈内动脉及大脑中动脉等大血管闭塞的溶栓效果较差,限制了其应用范围[1]。有关研究报道,近端血管闭塞的缺血性卒中患者应用静脉溶栓治疗的再通率较
