肺结核患者外周血IFN-γ及IL-4的表达

摘要：

目的　了解肺结核病人外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)中 CD4 +T细胞内干扰素 - γ(IFN- γ)和白介素 - 4(IL- 4 )表达情况 ,以测定 Th1/ Th2细胞的百分数并探讨其在肺结核感染中的作用。材料与方法　 10 1例肺结核患者及健康对照者 2 9例 ,采用流式细胞仪检测其 CD4 +T细胞内 IFN-γ和 IL - 4表达。结果　正常对照组 Th1、Th2细胞 ,性别比较 p>0 .0 5。 IFN-γ水平随病程的延长而相应提高 ,以 6 - 12个月期间为最高 (2 1.4± 11.71) ,超过 12个月逐渐稳定 ,与病程小于 1月组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　Th1水平升高可能有利于病情的愈合。
