电动汽车用户接受电池快换服务的影响因素分析

摘要
电动汽车电池快换(BS)服务,是商业化推广纯电动汽车的一条途径。为研究用户对电池快换商业服务的接受程度以及影响因素,该文基于电动汽车的"裸车销售—电池租赁—电池快换"商业化模式,在北京、上海、深圳、重庆等4个城市完成了1000多份问卷调查;利用统计分析软件SPSS对影响用户接受电池快换服务的主要因素进行了统计分析。结果表明:80%以上的受访者接受电池快换服务;电池快换服务的延长电池寿命、节约时间、环保性、便捷性诸因素均具有显著的正向性影响,影响力依次递增。
