企业创新障碍国外研究文献述评

摘要：

识别企业面临的创新障碍、研究障碍对创新活动的影响对于企业采用合适的应对措施和政府出台针对性的创新政策有重要意义。国外相关文献主要从创新障碍的识别与分类、创新障碍的决定因素、创新障碍对创新活动的影响三个方面对企业创新障碍问题进行研究。研究结果表明,企业自身特征、区域创新环境等变量决定了企业可能面临的创新障碍类型,其中的抑制性障碍会抑制企业创新动机,而显性障碍则对企业创新过程产生各种阻力。
