偏头痛共病的发病机制研究进展

摘要：

偏头痛是一种反复发作的神经系统疾病,具有较高的发病率,由于反复发作,易导致患者生活质量下降和药物滥用等。研究发现偏头痛与脑梗死、脑出血、抑郁症、癫痫、不宁腿综合征、眩晕、哮喘、颞下颌关节紊乱病、心血管疾病等存在共病关系,然而具体发病机制尚不明确。本文将偏头痛与其共病的可能发病机制研究进展进行综述,以期为偏头痛与其共病的治疗提供新方向。
