<正>脑卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD),是指脑血管疾病发生后2年内出现的以情绪低落、活动机能减退、思维功能迟缓为主要特征的一类情感障碍性疾病,是脑卒中常见的并发症之一。PSD减慢患者缺损功能的恢复,使患者的生存质量下降,甚至增加患者的死亡率。由于抑郁反应的发
