摘要：

肥胖是全球面临的严重公共健康问题,肥胖的直接原因是机体能量摄入和能量消耗的不平衡。在个体水平,人们对肥胖有着深刻认识,有很好的控制措施。然而,近年来人群肥胖率迅速上升,由此带来的慢性病负担逐渐加重。这主要是由于在群体水平上,肥胖的发生过程相当复杂,不适用于传统病因理论,它受到生物易感性和相关食物因素、物理因素、文化因素及其增强或者限制人类行为的经济环境因素的交互作用的影响。在群体水平上综述了肥胖相关影响因素的研究进展,为人群肥胖控制策略和政策的制定提供参考。
