企业绿色创新因素影响效应研究——以生产型企业为例

摘要：

绿色创新是实现经济和环境效益平衡的必然途径。基于已有文献和相关理论,探究企业绿色创新因素影响效应,将249家生产型企业作为样本数据进行实证分析。结果表明,市场导向对绿色产品创新具有显著正向影响,对绿色工艺创新的正向作用不显著;政策导向对绿色产品创新与绿色工艺创新都起到了显著推动作用;组织冗余对绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新的正向作用不显著;管理者对环境的关注对绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新都具有显著正向影响。
